  • Photos are temporarily stored on our servers during AI processing.
  • Photos are automatically deleted after design generation is complete.
  • We do not use your photos for any purpose other than generating your requested designs.

Design Preferences

  • Text descriptions and theme selections you provide
  • Design modifications and regeneration requests
  • This data is used solely to create personalized garden designs

Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

  • The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
  • AdMob may automatically collect: Advertising ID, Device information, IP address, Ad interaction data
  • This data is processed by Google under its own privacy policies.

  • Users can opt out of personalised ads through their device settings.

2. Data Sharing

  • The App does not sell, rent, or trade personal data.
  • Photos are processed by our AI service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.

3. Data Storage

My Garden AI:

  • May require optional user accounts for saving designs
  • Temporarily stores uploaded photos during processing only
  • Automatically deletes photos after design generation
  • Saved designs are stored securely and accessible only to you

4. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under the age of 13. It is intended for general audiences.

5. Security

  • Photos are transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Temporary storage is secured and automatically purged
  • User accounts (if created) are password-protected

6. User Controls

You may:

  • Delete your account and all saved designs at any time
  • Reset your Advertising ID
  • Opt out of personalised ads
  • Request deletion of any data we hold
